Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how No Problem Parenting collects, uses, and shares personal information. When we say "No Problem Parenting," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Hello World, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company doing business as No Problem Parenting.
This policy covers everything we run under the No Problem Parenting name (together, the "Services"):
- our website at noproblemparents.com,
- our member web app at app.noproblemparents.com,
- our mobile app,
- our newsletters and other email, and
- our community, courses, and coaching features, including Celia, our AI assistant.
Who operates the technology. The app, website infrastructure, AI assistant, and email systems are built and operated on our behalf by LaunchFamily, Inc. (Delaware) ("Launched"), our platform provider. Launched processes personal information only to provide the platform to us, under our agreement with them, and is listed with our other service providers below.
Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Membership and billing information — your plan, purchase history, and billing status. Payments are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Family and parenting information you choose to share. This is a coaching service for parents, so onboarding questions, check-ins, and conversations may include information about your family — including your children (such as first names, ages, and behavior you describe). You decide what to share, and we treat this information as sensitive (see "Children" and "Your rights" below).
- Your conversations with Celia — the messages you send and the responses you receive.
- Community and course activity — posts, comments, check-ins, and course progress.
- Forms and subscriptions — your name and email when you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Contact information from before this app existed. If you subscribed to No Problem Parenting's newsletter, joined one of Jaci's programs, or otherwise connected with Jaci in the past, your name and email may already be in our contact list — even if you never created an account here. We use that information only to send you No Problem Parenting updates you can unsubscribe from at any time, and you can ask us to delete it (see "Your rights").
Information collected automatically.
- Usage and analytics data — pages visited, features used, device and browser type, collected through our analytics provider (PostHog).
- Log and device data — IP address, timestamps, and similar technical records generated when you use the Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies load only in line with your consent choice.
Where your information lives
We want to be plain about this: when you interact with us in almost any way — subscribing on the website, starting a trial, accepting an invite, buying a membership, posting in the community, or messaging Celia — your name and email are stored in the systems we use to run the Services. That means your identity information may exist in several places at once: our app database, our email system and its delivery logs, our contact list, our payment processor's records, and our analytics tool. Each of those systems is listed under "Service providers" below, and every one of them is covered by your deletion rights.
Children
The Services are for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and the Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Information about your children — names, ages, behavior you describe — comes from you, their parent or guardian, as part of receiving coaching. We use it only to provide and personalize the Services, we treat it as sensitive, we never sell it or use it for advertising, and it is deleted when your account is deleted (or earlier, on request).
Celia, the AI assistant
- What is processed. When you message Celia, your message, relevant context from your account (such as your family profile and recent conversation history), and No Problem Parenting's coaching knowledge base are processed by our platform's AI provider (currently OpenAI) to generate a response.
- Model training. Under the platform's agreement with the AI provider, content sent through the service is not used to train the provider's models. The provider may retain API content briefly (up to about 30 days) for abuse and misuse monitoring, then delete it.
- Storage. Your chat history is stored in your account so your coaching can build over time. You can delete conversations, and deleting your account deletes your chat history.
- Human access. Jaci and authorized platform staff may access conversations to provide the service, respond to safety concerns, and improve quality. Conversations are not monitored in real time by people.
- Crisis safety. If a conversation suggests an emergency or a risk of harm, Celia is designed to point you to real help (such as 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Celia cannot contact emergency services — or anyone else — on your behalf.
How we use information
We use personal information to: provide and personalize the Services (including coaching, courses, and community); process payments and manage memberships; send service messages and, with the choices described below, newsletters; keep the Services safe and secure; understand usage so we can improve; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Email: newsletters and service messages
We send two kinds of email, and they work differently:
- Newsletters and marketing email — sent because you subscribed, purchased, or previously connected with Jaci/No Problem Parenting. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honored promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect your account.
- Service (transactional) email — receipts, invitations, password resets, security and account notices. These are part of running your account and are sent as needed while you have one.
Our email is sent through our email provider from No Problem Parenting addresses (for example, addresses at mail.noproblemparents.com).
Service providers
We share personal information only with the service providers that run the Services, only as needed, under agreements that limit what they can do with it:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| LaunchFamily, Inc. ("Launched") | Operates the platform: the app, AI pipeline, email operations, and support, on our behalf |
| OpenAI | Generates Celia's responses |
| Stripe | Payment processing and billing |
| Resend | Email delivery |
| Vercel | Website and web-app hosting |
| Railway | API and database hosting |
| PostHog | Product analytics |
| Cloudflare | DNS and content delivery |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer (in which case this policy continues to apply to it).
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. You can change your consent choice at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correction, deletion. You can request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can delete your account yourself in the app's settings — this deletes your account data, including your chat history and the family information you shared, per the retention terms below. If you're on our contact list without an account, email us and we'll remove you.
- Email. Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
- Cookies. Use "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.
- State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights regarding your personal information. We honor the requests above for everyone, regardless of where you live. To exercise any right, email hello@noproblemparents.com; we may need to verify your identity first.
Retention
We keep account information while your account is active. When you delete your account (or ask us to), we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, allowing for routine backup cycles. We keep payment records as required for tax and accounting, and we keep unsubscribe records so we can keep honoring them. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's rolling retention settings.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share — and we ask you not to post information in community spaces that you wouldn't want other members to see.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app and update the date at the top. The current version always lives at this page.
